We work with you to understand the requirements, bespoke delivery scope, delivery methodology, supporting team composition, and schedule. Packages have a pre-defined scope
Plan & Contract
The information we gather and your team shares builds our scope for bespoke entrepreneur projects. We’ll build a proposal, write SOW’s and ink necessary contracts with third party partners as needed. This way, you get a complete picture of scope, schedule, and budget from the start and fully transparent.
Project Kick Off
Upon project award, build our delivery team if outside crew are needed. As the team forms, we begin working on a sprint bases supporting early project delivery tasks, syncing with your internal teams communication and overall rhythm of doing business.
