TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please review these Terms and Conditions carefully. By engaging CRRNT's services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. These terms govern all aspects of our relationship, including digital services, project work, venture studio partnerships, and consulting engagements. Digital Services

1.   Service Description "CRRNT provides digital consulting services including, but not limited to, website development, digital strategy, brand development, and digital transformation consulting. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual client agreements or statements of work."
2.   Deliverables "All deliverables are provided 'as is' and will be deemed accepted if no written objection is received within five (5) business days of delivery. While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes from our digital services."
3.   Client Responsibilities "Clients must provide timely feedback, necessary access to systems and information, and maintain their own hardware, software, and network connections required to utilize our services. Delays in client feedback may impact project timelines and deliverables."

Venture Studio Relationships

1.   Nature of Relationship "CRRNT's venture studio relationships represent strategic partnerships where we may provide services in exchange for equity, revenue sharing, or other compensation models. These relationships are governed by separate partnership agreements in addition to these terms."
2.   Investment Terms "Any investment, equity, or revenue sharing arrangements must be explicitly defined in separate written agreements. These terms and conditions do not constitute an offer of investment or partnership."
3.   Intellectual Property in Partnerships "In venture studio relationships, ownership of intellectual property will be specified in individual partnership agreements. Unless otherwise stated in writing, each party retains ownership of their pre-existing intellectual property."

Project-Based Work

1. Project Scope "Project scope, deliverables, timelines, and compensation will be defined in individual statements of work or project agreements. Any modifications to project scope must be agreed upon in writing by both parties."

2. Payment Terms "Unless otherwise specified in project agreements, payment terms are 50% upon project initiation and 50% upon completion. For projects exceeding three months, alternative payment schedules may be established in writing. Overdue payments may result in work suspension."

3. Project Timeline "While we commit to meeting agreed-upon deadlines, project timelines may be affected by client responsiveness, scope changes, or factors outside our control. CRRNT will communicate any potential delays promptly and work to minimize their impact."

Ongoing Consulting Relationships

1.   Service Agreement "Ongoing consulting relationships are governed by service agreements specifying the scope, duration, and terms of engagement. Either party may terminate the relationship with 30 days written notice unless otherwise specified in the service agreement."
2.   Retainer Terms "Retainer arrangements require payment in advance of services. Unused hours do not roll over unless specifically agreed upon in writing. Additional hours beyond the retainer will be billed at our standard hourly rate."
3.   Communication "Regular check-ins and progress reports will be provided as specified in the service agreement. Clients will have access to designated CRRNT team members during normal business hours through agreed-upon communication channels."

Intellectual Property Concerns

1.   Ownership "Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing:
•   CRRNT retains ownership of pre-existing intellectual property
•   Clients retain ownership of their pre-existing intellectual property
•   Clients receive ownership of custom deliverables upon full payment
•   CRRNT retains the right to use general knowledge and techniques developed during projects"
2.   Portfolio Rights "CRRNT reserves the right to reference our work and client relationships in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless explicitly prohibited by separate agreement."
3.   Confidentiality "We maintain strict confidentiality of client information and require signed NDAs for sensitive projects. This obligation survives the termination of our engagement."

Data and Privacy Concerns

1.   Data Collection and Use "CRRNT collects and processes client data solely for the purpose of providing our services. We maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect client data."
2.   Third-Party Services "Our services may require the use of third-party platforms or tools. Clients acknowledge that use of such services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies."
3.   Data Retention "We retain client data only for as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. Upon request and project completion, we will return or securely delete client data."

Referral Program

1.   Commission Structure "CRRNT offers a referral commission program with two tiers:
•   Initial Project: 7.5% one-time commission based on the gross project budget
•   Ongoing Engagement: 5% revenue share on all subsequent work for the duration of the client relationship All commissions are paid after client payment is received and cleared."
2.   Eligibility and Approval "All referrals must be pre-approved by CRRNT. Our approval process includes:
•   Initial discussion with the referring party
•   Evaluation of the referred business and its leadership
•   Assessment of project/partnership fit CRRNT reserves the right to decline any referral at our sole discretion."
3.   Terms and Payment "To qualify for commission:
•   Referrals must be new to CRRNT and not previously engaged in discussions
•   The referring party must be registered in our referral program prior to the referral
•   The referred client must acknowledge the referral source
•   Commission payments will be processed within 30 days of collecting client payment
•   For ongoing revenue share, payments will be processed quarterly"

4. Program Modifications "CRRNT reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time. Any changes will not affect commissions already earned on existing client relationships."
