I'll be honest; HomeSleep Delivered marked my very first experience with a Sleep Apnea client. The world of Sleep Apnea presented unique challenges and opportunities, and our team was eager to explore uncharted territory. We all found ourselves sleeping better after this project too.

One of the early owners of VOXX Exhibits liked the strategic approach and results we were getting so he brought us into two other businesses, HomeSleep Delivered and VieMed.

While there was an attempt to persuade Casey to rebrand, we decided to maintain the brand's colors, creating a visually striking impact centered around captivating photographic styles capturing people experiencing better sleep. The strategy was not to push products or sleep apnea tests aggressively but to make them readily available when users needed them.

We designed custom web flows, directing users to a sleep apnea home test after completing an online screening for symptoms. This streamlined approach ensured that users could take informed actions easily.

Digitally, we embarked on a journey focused on the user. Our UX process began with wireframes, drawing insights from client workshops, market research, and industry best practices. These wireframes laid the foundation for rapid prototyping, enabling us to prioritize content and meet the site's KPI goals.

With the digital design in place, we extended the brand's identity to social media platforms, including LinkedIn and Facebook, by crafting engaging header graphics. We also revamped email templates, business cards, and executive presentations, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand presence across all touchpoints
