A little bit about us
We're a business and creative consultancy that helps companies build, scale, innovate, and grow. We can reduce production time, increase efficiencies, drive change, keep customers, disrupt markets, and foster growth across all platforms and channels.
We evaluate emerging global trends, identify strategic implications, and build accessible solutions for Fortune 500 enterprise companies + passionate entrepreneurs to retain more customers, innovate, and grow with a focus on future-related issues. For us, digital, loyalty, and emerging technologies are full of problem-solving activities. As a consultant, I understand the perfect solution for one brand rarely fits for another.
Our founder, Chuck, is a Navy veteran, a former collegiate athlete, and a professional soccer coach. His experiences in sports and the military made him well-rounded, broadened his perspectives, and helped him understand that sports and the military both require teamwork and discipline. The lessons learned and experiences shared within teams - in sports or while he was serving in the US Navy, have greatly shaped his perspective on business and how best to build, operate, and lead within the high-paced, chaotic nature of start-ups, technology, and overall agency life. Those experiences weave directly into the teams Chuck builds and how we deliver projects.
No one sets out to be average, certainly not us. CRRNT exists to push brands up to a cliff with strategic intent, forcing them to look down by reimagining what their future business can be. We do that by being contrarian consultants, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible across digital, customer loyalty, and emerging technologies.
In Chuck's free time. he loves spending time outdoors, hiking, hunting, and fishing.
First Hunt
A non-profit organization Chuck has been involved with for years. First Hunt provides hunting education and training through mentorship, teaching hunting to first-time hunters. He helps by mentoring first-time turkey, deer, bear, and elk hunters.

Tunnel for Towers
An organization that hardly needs an introduction. Since T2T's formation, we've admired what they do for first responders and veterans. Most recently, the homeless veteran program has a goal of eliminating veteran homelessness. We are proud to be fractionally contributing to such a worthy cause.

Our world is bankrupt – emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Our families, schools, communities, companies, nations, oceans, and forests. The human heart is the headwaters of those currents. It just is.
The reality is that young people struggle to pursue their dreams when the environment they grew up in lacks opportunities. Families struggle to rebound when mothers or fathers of a first responder or veteran are lost in the line of duty. Small businesses struggle to acquire and retain loyal customers in an era of rapid innovation with emerging technologies like artificial intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML); making humans both the problem and the solution.
We believe nearly every challenge we face can be addressed by investing in young, passionate hearts and connecting a community of world-class humans, families, and impeccable business leaders who support, grow, mentor, and learn from one another, amplifying their impact in our world.
Each of the organizations we give to gets to the heart of accelerating the dreams of the underserved, not just symptoms of it. Two are first responder and veteran-based, and the other is aimed at mentoring first-time hunters.
