Our services include job posting, candidate screening, and managing the team scaling process from start to finish.
Mixed Distributed
For companies looking for up to 25 employees.
To scale quickly, we provide a mixed-distributed team option that includes an in-office component. For the office, we'll set up a satellite office with optimal conditions for your team's performance. We hire your new team as full-time employees, set up and equip them with new hardware and licensed software, organize team-building events, and offer our benefits package.
Offshore & Nearshore
For companies looking to hire: up to 16+ employees.
Our most comprehensive package helps you set up a company hub in a nearshore or offshore location, where we manage the entire operation for you. As part of the full-time employee benefits included in our other packages, we also handle employment agreements, insurance, onboarding, 401 (k), vacation, expenses, and payroll.

Our consulting fees are typically at or below market rates while paying our crew more than our competitors. That’s right, we intentionally take slimmer margins than most of our competitors would tolerate. By investing in our employees at least as much as we’re asking them to invest in your business, we foster democratized culture were the crew doing the work is rewarded more than the execs in the corner office. We’re under an NDA so, we cannot publicly display our client successes however, we can share our story privately.

Because FAQ's are fun, we've got answers, and a few questions to boot.
What is the difference between Managed Services and Staff Augmentation?
We typically bill at lower rates, pay our employees more than staff augmentation, and hire teams as full-time crew. We have a killer culture which helps promote retention. Staff Aug is about the contract, we’re about the relationships.
What’s the minimum team size and length of engagement?
5 full time crew for six months although the vast majority of engagements we seek are 12 months in length. This provides a good runway for full-time comments from crew.
Do you provide European teams or just North American?
We have an international footprint. We do not have offices or the overhead that accompanies it. Our team are fully remote, fully distributed.
What about single individual contributors or fractional creative leadership?
Generally, we do not provide fractional executive consulting leadership however, it’s been done as part of an equity swap for services in our Venture Studio. The New Blank is one example of this model in practice. If you’d like to discuss either scenario, give us a shout.
