Does CRRNT provide Community Management services for Social Media?
No. We do provide social channel audits, social (and channel) strategies, campaign concepts, social media content, and ads but do not monitor chat, channels or the community.
Do you accept bitcoin as payment?
Situationally, yes. Up to 25% of payments could be accepted in bitcoin. Terms and Conditions apply. Subject to mutually agreed upon scope and terms but typically in our co-investing ventures, not project engagements.

Do you have Unity developers?
No. We do not have Unity developers on staff however, CRRNT scales based on the approved scope leveraging a distributed workforce. We can find teams quickly and have outsourcing partners.

What is the difference between Managed Services and Staff Augmentation?
We’re typically cheaper, pay our employees more, provide full benefits, and have a killer culture which helps promote retention. We engage longer term client contracts to prevent turnover and hire team members that can eventually move to full time employment by the client. Staff Augmentation is about the contract; short- or long. We’re about the relationships and building Managed Services for longevity.
What’s the minimum team size and length of engagement for Managed Services?
5 full time crew for six months although the vast majority of engagements we seek are 12 months in length. This provides a good runway for full-time comments from crew.
Do you provide European Managed Services teams or just North American?
Yes. The New Blank has crew members in Germany and Europe. We use Employer of Record (EOR) outsourcing partners that handle all international pay, benefits, taxes and country compliance requirements. We do not have offices or the overhead that accompanies it, our teams are fully remote, fully distributed.
What about single individual contributors or fractional creative leadership?
Generally, we do not provide fractional executive consulting leadership however, it’s been done as part of an equity swap for services. If you’d like to discuss either scenario, give us a shout.
What types of workflows do your managed services support?

What pricing models are available for enterprise clients?
We offer three main pricing models for enterprise engagements: hourly, fixed-fee, and retainer. Hourly is best for ad-hoc support or fluid requirements, fixed-fee is ideal for projects with clear scope, and retainer is suited for ongoing, dedicated support.
How does CRRNT handle billing and payments?
For hourly and retainer engagements, we typically bill monthly or bi-monthly based on the time logged or the agreed-upon retainer amount. For fixed-fee projects, we usually set up a payment schedule based on milestones or deliverables. We're flexible and can work with your preferred billing and payment processes.
