We’ve built a unique framework differentiating traditional staff augmentation with managed services. Generally, we pay our crew more while charging clients less while inserting our team into a healthy, growing culture. Staff Aug usually relies on W2 contracted services where our managed services team are all full-time employees.
What tools are used for project management and collaboration?
We use a variety of delivery and collaboration tools depending on the scope, length, complexity, and number of stakeholders.
Our suite of delivery and collaboration tools varies as much as the reporting cadence does between projects and team augmentation (managed services). For shorter burst projects, we’ll use Trello, Basecamp, Timeular, and Slack. For longer-running managed services engagements or longer-running development projects we’ll add Jira to the mix for ticket tracking.
