CRRNT developed Kibbles Anonymous (KA) to be an exclusive loyalty club. One that incentivized pet parents to kick the kibble buying habit and celebrated better nutritional choices for doggies around the world! Initially, Kibbles Anonymous was designed as a multi-tiered loyalty club providing rewards based on buying thresholds.

Without question, the initial program success and how it was received was due the tremendous upfront work on the brand, brand platform, messaging and how it worked together with imagery to convey the same unique attitude as the brand. Kibbles Anonymous has since softened on it’s core loyalty focus in order to merge it with newsletter email acquisition.
