Strategic pivot #2, creation of the Managed Services line of business complimenting Bespoke and Flex. Managed Services is a custom engagement model with senior video game marketing consultants. Managed Services is responsible for 300% year over year growth each time the contracts have been renewed.

Covid first year strategic pivot introducing “Flex”. A high-volume content service offering high-quality content at scale leveraging modified workflows resulting in lower client costs. At this time, I was full-time at  TNB, completely focused on keeping the business alive, CRRNT as a business was temporarily put on the shelf.

When ABC needed a brand identity that could reflect America's diverse face, The New Blank stepped up with a concept that turned the traditional network lens inside out. Enter 'Echo' – a revolutionary design approach that transforms ABC's visual identity from broadcaster to mirror, reflecting viewers' own lives back at them. Using camera-inspired design elements like focus rings and lens artifacts, we created a visual language that turns every ABC viewer into the star of their own story. The result? A network rebrand that doesn't just show America – it is America, in all its beautiful complexity.

Rebranding a branding agency is like performing heart surgery on a cardiologist – it takes guts, precision, and maybe a touch of audacity. CRRNT dove deep into TNB's DNA, conducting extensive market research both in and out of category before crafting a single visual element. Through meticulous exploration and collaboration, we unearthed TNB's true essence: a beautiful fusion of West Coast spirit and design sophistication. The result? A brand identity that captures their unique duality – part skateboard rebel, part design virtuoso – speaking authentically to both creative visionaries and business stakeholders.
